The afternoon tea was wonderful, well worth the money and they provided alternatives for my mum who has specific dietary requirements. Our server was lovely, really attentive and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our food and drinks. Highly recommend

Called in for lunch with a friend. I am a regular at the Birdcage. I ordered the plant based BLT. The food was excellent as always. The staff are always polite, efficient and courteous. We sat outside as it was a beautiful sunny day. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Called in off chance whilst waiting for an hospital appointment so drove here. It's on the outskirts of Chesterfield but so glad we did. We had a very tasty breakfast . The staff serving and the chef were really friendly, as we're the other customers. We sat out in the sun, you could have been anywhere... It's immaculately clean. It's now one of my favourite go to places. Thanks guys.

A lovely place to come and celebrate occasions. Always feel so welcomed with a friendly atmosphere. Good quality homemade food (the breakfast is the best). Wonderful for some relaxed drinks. Cocktail specials on at Halloween & other events. Staff make sure the dog always gets a treat too.

Me and my wife went for Afternoon tea for our 16th wedding anniversary and we both really enjoyed the food and the venue . The service was prompt and very friendly . Our food was well presented and very enjoyable at a competitive price . The venue was clean and very welcoming with a nice atmosphere . I would thoroughly recommend both a place to visit and Eat

We had a lovely late breakfast as a group of 9, on a busy Saturday. We were taken great of, service was great and all the food was delicious. Very good value for money and excellent quality. Couldn't help but come home with some yummy take away cake too!
